First Glimpse of Belgrade
The first landmark that greeted us when we arrived in Belgrade was the imposing Church of St. Sava. This grand structure sits on the Vracar Plateau and is dedicated to St. Sava, the founder of the Serbian Orthodox Church and an important figure in medieval Serbia.
